This method draws on principles of CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia), hypnotherapy, and sleep lifestyle coaching—integrating behavioural protocols like Sleep Recalibration (also known as Sleep Restriction Therapy), to train the mind and body to sleep naturally, without meds or gimmicks.
It’s also born from lived experience: 30 years of personal struggle with severe, chronic, treatment-resistant insomnia. Gilad combined rigorous research with obsessive self-experimentation to develop a process that radically transformed his own sleep. From a lifetime of debilitating sleep onset insomnia to sleeping easily, deeply, and happily—for over five years.
